    By Winnipeg Transit

Leaving the car at home starts with Club Regent Casino, where Winnipeg Transit names a stop of its own. Stop 40174, Westbound Regent at Club Regent, is served by route FX3, Regent-Grant. The stop has a heated shelter. Express service runs downtown in peak periods, with connections at Kildonan Place.

Downtown, Cityplace counts dozens of Winnipeg Transit connections within one block, and Shark Club Gaming Centre sits on its 2nd floor. For McPhillips Station Casino and Club West Gaming Lounge at Assiniboia Downs, the guide lists no route. The guide found no public transit service to South Beach Casino & Resort.

    A taxi from the door

The ride home after the last table can begin at the door. Staff at Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino may request a taxi or Handi-Transit for a guest who asks. They can also assist at the doors and retrieve items from the coat check area. Downtown, the Hargrave Street entrance of Cityplace, the way in to Shark Club Gaming Centre, is open 6:30am to 3:00am. After regular mall hours, guests enter there and take the escalator to the second floor.

    Bus tours

Arriving by coach is a published option for two city casinos. Casinos of Winnipeg list bus tour operators to Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino: Beaver Bus Lines, Blueline Transit, Vital Transit Service and Walker's Tour, all from Winnipeg. The Arborg & District Handi Van and charters from Saskatchewan are on the same list.

South Beach Casino & Resort publishes no casino shuttle. Day tours and overnight bus packages run through private operators, from Winnipeg, Saskatchewan and Kenora. Packages from rural Manitoba go with Paradigm Charter, covering Brandon, Portage la Prairie, Neepawa and Minnedosa. The tour bus coordinator answers at 1-204-766-3112.

No tour operators are listed for Shark Club Gaming Centre or Club West Gaming Lounge at Assiniboia Downs.

    For those who drive

Where to park under cover is the winter question, and two venues publish an answer. Club Regent Casino has a free parkade that connects to the Canad Inns hotel. For Shark Club Gaming Centre, Cityplace Lot 1 at 266 Hargrave St is covered and open 24/7, with skywalk access. Lot 4, at 215 Hargrave St, is a heated indoor parkade, closed on weekends except to monthly parkers and for events. Lot 3, at 190 Donald St, is an uncovered surface lot open 24/7.

Racegoers at Assiniboia Downs park free. McPhillips Station Casino lists accessible parking only, and South Beach Casino & Resort publishes no covered parking. Distances here are straight lines from Winnipeg City Hall, never driving distances. Shark Club is 0.9 km, McPhillips Station 3.2 km and Club Regent 6.8 km. Club West Gaming Lounge at Assiniboia Downs is 13.6 km, and South Beach 63.2 km.
